By creating an account and using LinkedIn Autopilot (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service helps you plan, write, and optionally auto-publish LinkedIn posts using your own LinkedIn account and an AI content pipeline, and learns from performance over time. You control what publishes: content is queued for your approval by default, and fully autonomous publishing only runs if you explicitly opt in from Settings.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for everything published to your LinkedIn account through the Service, including content you approve or that Autopilot publishes on your behalf once you turn it on.
- You must have the rights to any content, documents, or profile data you upload.
- You must comply with LinkedIn’s own User Agreement and Professional Community Policies for anything published through the Service.
- You will not use the Service to post spam, misleading claims, or content that violates LinkedIn’s policies or applicable law.
4. AI-generated content
Posts are drafted by an AI pipeline and pass through an automated fact-check and brand gate, but no automated system is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing any post before it publishes (or before turning on auto-publish mode), and for correcting or rejecting anything inaccurate, off-brand, or otherwise unsuitable.
5. No LinkedIn automation beyond official APIs
The Service only interacts with LinkedIn through LinkedIn’s official, self-serve APIs with your OAuth consent. It never scrapes LinkedIn, automates a browser session against it, or sends connection requests or messages on your behalf.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for LinkedIn account restrictions, lost engagement, or other consequences arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or of LinkedIn’s own policies.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
